PREPARATION MATTERS
Exterior painting is only as strong as the preparation behind it. We typically pressure wash first, make necessary repairs, then complete the needed prep work before application begins. This may include caulking, scraping or sanding loose and flaking paint, covering areas not being painted, and protecting landscaping.
Because every project is different, all preparation steps, repairs, materials, and exclusions should be confirmed by the approved estimate and contract for that specific job.
Scraping & Sanding
Loose, peeling, or flaking paint is scraped and sanded as needed to help create a cleaner surface for paint application.
