ABOUT PGP SURFACE SOLUTIONS
PGP Surface Solutions, LLC is proudly owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Josh and Darrah Johnson. What started as Praise God Painting grew from a simple vision: build a company known for quality work, integrity, strong relationships, and faith-centered values.
Today, PGP Surface Solutions reflects the broader range of services we provide while staying true to the same foundation we started with. Josh brings decades of hands-on experience in the painting industry, while Darrah leads much of the business, customer experience, and day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
Together, they have built PGP around doing things the right way, treating people well, and creating a company clients can feel comfortable trusting in their homes and businesses.
We provide residential and commercial painting, drywall repairs, wood repairs, staining, and other surface-related services throughout Metro Atlanta, the Athens area, and Georgia’s Lake Country, with travel available for larger projects.
More than anything, we want our customers to feel like they are working with real people who genuinely care about their project. We are grateful for every opportunity to serve our clients, support our team, and honor God through the work we do.

She is passionate about building strong relationships, serving people well, and creating a business rooted in integrity, excellence, and faith.
Josh Johnson
Director of Field OperationsJosh Johnson is the Director of Field Operations for PGP Surface Solutions, bringing decades of hands-on experience in the painting industry. He oversees field operations, supports our crews, and helps ensure each project is completed with quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Josh takes pride in doing things the right way and serving every customer with integrity.
Diego Serrato
Field Supervisor & EstimatorDiego Serrato is a Field Supervisor & Estimator at PGP Surface Solutions and an incredible asset to our team. He assists with estimates, checks in on crews and projects, and brings hands-on experience in painting, drywall, staining, repairs, and more. Diego is a dependable problem solver with a friendly personality, and his commitment to taking care of our customers consistently earns him rave reviews.
